Job title: Sales Support
Location: Reading or Solihull
Contracted hours: 40+ per week
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Circa £20,000-25,000 per annum OTE, plus benefits package.

We have a strong presence, reputation and service offering, providing consultative advice and high calibre contract and permanent solutions to employers, across senior technical, middle and senior management positions. Established in September 2002 we have seen extensive growth and are looking to continue this development.
Responsibilities
- To work within our existing recruitment team, to generate jobseekers to apply for our live job vacancies, via online, database and our own website advertising;
- Work closely with our team to maximise job opportunities for all jobseekers actively being worked on;
- Look to generate new business from jobseeker references and industry knowledge;
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures/ processes, external regulations and legislation;
- Take ownership and liaise with your line Manager, to ensure constructive personal development; and
- Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of our clients, market and key commercial trends.
Essential criteria
- Professional disposition, articulate, high attention to detail, and exemplary customer service approach;
- High literacy in English and maths;
- Outgoing, friendly, focussed and hard working;
- Sensible, with clear life goals, career minded and completely success motivated;
- The ability to be self critical; and
- Ability to demonstrate achievement beyond your peer group.
Desirable criteria
- Experienced working for another recruitment agency/ business as a Resourcer or Sales Support or Canvasser or Recruitment Consultant or have worked in a direct sales environment;
- Proven track record of selling;
- Experience of generating your own leads and job opportunities; and
- Proven ability to account manage/ build successful employer relationships, which lead to repeat business.
